Racompass ("us", "we", or "our") operates the Racompass application (the "Service").

Website Analytics Data

When visiting our website, analytics are provided via Google Analytics. Website analytics are used to determine visitor sources.

Purchase Information (Mac App Store)

When subscribing to the Service via the Mac App Store, we collect anonymous purchase information with the purpose to enable the Service functionality, prevent fraud, to perform customer support, and to analyze the customer purchase history. The purchase history data collected through the Service from the Mac App Store is not linked to the user identify and is not used for tracking purposes. We use own server to help us process, validate and restore orders of the Service from the Mac App Store, which does not use purchase history to track users across different apps for advertising. No personal information is provided.

Crash Reports

When using the Service, we collect anonymous error reports if the Service crashes, the error reports will contain information such as the Service current state, language, memory usage and generic device details such as version, type (macOS, etc). No personal information is provided. You can turn this off at any time. (Preferences -> Data Collection and Use -> Check or uncheck the box next to Send Anonymous information. )

Usage Data

When you access the Service by or through a device, we may collect anonymous certain information by default, including, but not limited to, the type of device you use, your device unique ID, the IP address of your device, your operating system, unique device identifiers, lifecycle information and other diagnostic data ("Usage Data"). No personal information is provided. You can turn this off at any time. (Preferences -> Data Collection and Use -> Check or uncheck the box next to Send Anonymous information.)

Tracking & Cookies Data

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our Service and hold certain information.
