We offer a fully functional free trial of Racompass. The current limitations of the free plan include: one window, one tab(macOs Only), and one connection. Please note that we may change these limitations without notification in future releases.
There are two plans available for In-App Purchases (macOS): a free trial and a paid subscription per year. All plans entitle you to unlimited Racompass app updates, including major/minor updates.
Once you begin your paid subscription, you can cancel at any point during the 7-day trial period and won't be charged for using Racompass. After 7 days, you will automatically be billed USD $8.99/year (or the equivalent in your country) through an automatic subscription. Payment will be charged to your iTunes account upon confirmation of purchase. The App Store will automatically renew your subscription unless auto-renew is turned off.
If you cancel your subscription, once you reach the end of your subscription period, the app will be disabled and you will no longer have access to premium license functions. You can restart your subscription at any time to use Racompass again. Subscriptions can be managed or cancelled by going to Account Settings on the App Store after purchase.
Racompass licenses are cross-platform. Your license key can be used on any platform - macOS, Windows, or Linux. Each license can be applied to up to 3 devices. There are several plans available for License Purchases: Personal, Standard, and Custom subscriptions per year. All plans entitle you to unlimited Racompass app updates, including major/minor updates. If you want to apply the license to more than 3 devices, you must purchase additional licenses or a custom license.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. You do not need a reason, but we appreciate your feedback. Please send a cancellation request to info@racompass.com from the email address associated with your license.
Racompass does not process any order payments through the website. All payments are securely processed through Stripe, a third-party online payment provider. Stripe will automatically renew your subscription unless auto-renew is turned off. If you cancel your subscription, once you reach the end of your subscription period, the app will be disabled and you will no longer have access to premium license functions. You can restart your subscription at any time to use Racompass again. Subscriptions can be managed or cancelled by going to the Manage Licenses section on the Racompass Account Website after purchase.
